You ship weekly. You sell weekly. You can point to a product you built, a customer you closed, or a market you moved. Your velocity is already high, and we’ll help you go even faster with our proprietary entrepreneur agentic toolbox. You don’t wait for permission or build by committee. You make fast decisions and move even faster.

Commercial instinct and getting out of the office.
You go straight to customers. You leave the office or pick up the phone to speak to real people. You don’t spend months researching and doing only theoretical validation in your head. You quickly find out what people want and what they will pay for.

Complementary pair or solo swiss army knife.
We back founding teams of two with complementary strengths — usually technical + commercial, the classic split. We also back exceptional solo founders who can do it all. Whether you come as a pair or a solo, one thing is common: you are relentless.

AI-native instincts.
You already live in Claude Code, OpenClaw, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar. AI agents are your teammates, not tools you tolerate. You’ve shipped real work with them. You don’t need convincing about where the frontier is.

Requirements
What we require.
These are non-negotiable. If you can't commit to all of them, this isn't the right programme for you.
Full-time, full-stop.
Twelve weeks of undivided attention. No part-time, no moonlighting, no "balancing" another startup or job. If employed, you’ve given notice before arriving.
In-person.
You live in the cohort city for the full 12 weeks. Not remote. The founders work in the same room and that matters.
English fluency.
While you are welcome to communicate with your co-founder or fellow residency founders in the local language of the cohort country, all programme documents, communications and mentorship will operate with English as the medium.

The programme
The 12 weeks.
A rough shape. In practice each cohort bends it to the founder set. What never changes: weekly customer contact, weekly shipping, weekly selling.
Weeks 1 – 4
Discovery + first build
Customer interviews, problem validation, first working product. You talk to 100+ potential customers. You ship something rough and usable by the end of Week 4.
Weeks 5 – 8
Iteration + first revenue
Charge someone. Run growth experiments. Kill what isn’t working. Find the wedge that will become the moat.
Weeks 9 – 12
Traction + raise
Compound everything that worked. Prepare for fundraising. Demo day in front of operators and investors. First institutional meetings.
